  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
  • A refund may only be considered in special cases, such as double payment due to technical error.
  • To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel any subscription or service request before it is processed.
  • Once the service (such as job posting or advertisement) has been activated or published, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Refund Processing
